I respect your privacy and I’m committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use and look after your information when you visit my website or work with me as your Virtual Assistant. I take security seriously. Your personal data is stored securely on password-protected systems. I use technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

  • Only I, and contractors/third parties who need access, can process your data, and they are bound by confidentiality.

  • I have procedures in place to respond to suspected breaches, and I will notify you and regulators if legally required.

  • I only keep data for as long as necessary (e.g. 6 years for tax records, 12 months for client records after completion, 6 months for enquiries).
