Hi. I’m Anita, Founder of House of Admin where I provide virtual assistance to small business owners from my cosy home office in Taunton, Somerset — usually with my little sausage dog, Mabel, by my feet!

Running a business solo can be tough, but you don’t need to do it alone, and it just so happens I love supporting people from behind the scenes and making a genuine difference to their business.

My mission is clear — for every small business owner to feel seen, heard, and valued for their unique brilliance, and I do this by providing highly personalised email marketing, website design and social media support.

After experiencing a decade of infertility, 20 years working tirelessly in education, the pandemic, perimenopause, and burnout, I finally listened to my body and realised I needed to change what I was doing to enhance this next chapter of my life.

So, I got a dog, started my business, and left my employed role to create a life that feels truly mine. Taking back control has given me a renewed sense of purpose, fierce determination for female empowerment, and a new zest for life that comes from building a business 100% aligned with my ambition, happiness, and health. My Purpose

20 years working full-time in busy school offices as Admin Manager and Personal Assistant providing exceptional support to Headteachers, Governors, Business Managers and Senior Leadership Teams. This developed my strong skills in organisation, planning, communication, confidentiality, improvement, and attention to detail. I now combine this with an obsession for Canva design and a genuine desire for other business owners to feel supported and successful.
