I’ve spent 20 years in education, supporting school improvement across leadership admin, recruitment, personnel and communications for organisations including the Richard Huish Trust and Cabot Learning Federation, where I managed front office teams and school operations.

In 2020, burnout during the pandemic pushed me to rethink everything. I wanted more flexibility, freedom and control as I rebuilt my life, so in 2024 I stepped away from employment to start House of Admin. I began as a Virtual Assistant using my Executive PA skills, and now specialise in website design and email marketing.
