-
Probably best to ask my clients! Pop over to my Testimonial page for all the goss!
But, I’d say - collaborative, honest, caring, and strategic! I love things to look nice but I also want them to work well so you get results. If I think there’s a gap or we are missing a trick, I’ll bring ideas to the table and guide you on the process to keep things moving.
-
I tend to attract women who work alone or with a small team.
I love working with women who are values-driven and are passionate about helping others in some way. They are kind and often creatives, coaches or wellbeing professionals.
They all share a common problem - either they don’t enjoy doing admin, fear the tech side, or simply don’t have enough hours in the day to do it themselves.
Past clients have included an Interior Designer, Holiday Let Owner, Wedding Supplier, Flower Growers, Floral Designer, Jewellery Maker, Massage Therapist, Life Coach & Therapist...

Website Design
-
Squarespace is a website platform founded in 2003. It’s known for user-friendly drag-and-drop features combined with strong design capability — allowing business owners to create fully customised, professional websites that do the heavy lifting for you.
-
If you want a personalised, high-performing website without needing to learn coding, then yes.
Squarespace is an all-in-one platform that combines design flexibility, hosting, security, and built-in marketing tools. It’s ideal for service providers, creatives, and product-based businesses who want control without being overwhelmed by the tech.
-
No. Your website will be customised with your own brand colours, fonts and images, and we’ll adapt the layout to support your content and business goals. Squarespace provides the framework — I design the strategy and structure around you. The result? Custom-made, not cookie-cutter here!
-
Your website will be designed and built by Anita at House of Admin, with ownership of the site transferred to you just before publishing. At that stage, you’ll create your Squarespace account and select your paid plan.
-
Prior to a booking, you can reach me anytime via the contact page, email or DM me on Instagram. I’ll respond within 1-2 business day, but usually much sooner.
During your project, you will have direct access to me via WhatsApp, email and telephone.
-
I highly recommend you have your brand style and some professional images before we work together. Purely because it will speed things up and enhance the aesthetics of your website or email campaigns.
If you’d like me to proofread and provide light edits for your copy, this is included in the price of your website or emails.
If you’d like me to spend more time writing the copy from scratch for you to accuracy check, I offer this as a copy add-on service at an additional charge.
-
Please reach out by submitting the enquiry form to request a zoom call. I’ll reply with the link.
We can get to know each other, answer any questions along the way, and talk through next steps if it feels right for us both.
I’ll follow up the call with an emailed quote for the work you require.
-
I can offer flexible pricing based on project type. Please ask during the Discovery Call and I’ll build this into my emailed proposal after the call.
-
You will need high-quality photos that show off your business, your team, your space and/or your products. These are images that reflect you and your brand.
While stock photos can fill gaps, they’re generic by nature and don’t tell your unique story, so I highly recommend you invest in professional photography before or during your website build.
Professional photos give your brand authenticity, consistency and a more polished, memorable look - and they’re far more effective than generic stock images at building trust and connection with your audience. Squarespace themselves recommend capturing real photos of your business, products, people and moments that matter to your brand.
For more on how to choose and prepare images that elevate your site, check out my blog on this topic, and this official Squarespace resource: Squarespace Guide to Creating and Curating Photos
If I do use stock images, I’ll make sure they’re licensed for commercial use, and in some cases a licensing fee may apply depending on the source. You’re welcome to keep these stock images on your site indefinitely, or swap them out later with your own photos as you build your library.
Email Marketing
-
If you are ready to start an email list, the first thing I’ll do is set you up with an account in MailerLite (or your preferred platform). I’ll then import existing contacts if you have them, and set you up with a branded email campaign template, sign up form, and lead magnet landing page. I’ll make sure you have an automated welcome email ready to go when new subscribers join and I’ll help you send your first email.
-
I tend to work with MailerLite. It is particularly popular among solo operators, newsletter creators, bloggers, and small businesses with lists under 10,000 subscribers.
The Free Plan allows up to 500 subscribers and the platform's high deliverability rate is consistently ranked among the top platforms, supporting its reputation as a reliable email marketing platform.
It has built in tools for creating newsletters, landing pages and pop-up forms, making it an easy, all-rounded solution for small businesses.
-
To start, I’ll ask you to complete a pre-design questionnaire. This gives me a clear understanding of your goals, your audience, and what success looks like for your business, so I can start planning a site that actually works for you.
When it’s time to build your website or email list, I’ll need the essentials: your logo, brand colours, business details, social links, and your usual sign-off style.
From there, we stay in touch as we go. This process often sparks new ideas and opportunities, so I work flexibly, adapting as your ideas evolve to make sure your website grows with you.
-
The average email open rate in the UK is around 43%. I’m delighted to say that my clients tend to achieve an open rate of between 55-70%, meaning more eyes on your offers!

-
You’ll need a Squarespace subscription (paid directly to Squarespace) and a domain name if you don’t already own one.
Optional extras - you may choose to include premium fonts rather than those already in Squarespace, stock imagery, or third-party tools in which case their may be an additional charge payable to the platform provider.
-
All of my website services come with basic SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) to help ensure your site is picked up by Google and other search engines.
Drawing in your ideal clients, your website will continue working quietly in the background - attracting, informing and converting - so you don’t have to constantly explain, chase or sell!
Your website becomes a main foundation, and a reliable supportive presence in your business, doing its job day-after-day, night-after-night, leaving you to focus on what you do best.
If you’d like me to spend more time on your SEO, I offer an advanced SEO add-on.
-
DIY websites are great when you are just starting out, but when you’re ready to take your business seriously and no longer treat it like a “little business” “hobby” or “side-hustle” then a Squarespace website is the perfect platform to use.
-
When designed well, a website is one of the hardest-working parts of your business. All my websites are carefully and thoughtfully designed to speak for you when you’re not in the room, helping the right people to find you, feel instantly understood and reassured.
A website builds trust before a conversation ever happens, answers questions and gently guides your ideal clients to see themselves in your work. The colours and fonts set the tone, and the images allow them to imagine what it would feel like to buy from you, or work with you.
It is a big investment, but if you are serious about your business, maybe it’s time.
Aftercare & Support
-
During the project we will be in regular contact and I’ll keep you updated as we go.
Once I’ve finished and the project is transferred to you, I’ll still be on hand for 2 weeks to help with any teething problems post-launch.
And, if you’d like me to stay on, I provide monthly website updates as a separate service.
-
Absolutely. You’ll have full access to your website and email list, with complete control over your content.
I build with clarity and simplicity in mind, so you can confidently send more emails, update text, images, blog posts, and products whenever you need to.
One last question…
-
Totally fair, but the hard truth is that not investing is already costing you.
A DIY website that doesn’t convert or a non-existent email strategy means:
Lost sales
Missed opportunities
Constantly chasing new leads instead of nurturing the ones you already have.
This investment isn’t about “spending money.” Previous clients have described it as “putting my business foundations in place” and “making my business sustainable long-term.”
If you’re serious about growth, this is one of the smartest, most scalable investments you can make. It allows you to connect with your audience on platforms that you own (unlike social media), a website is open 24/7 for potential clients to explore, and email marketing currently provides one of the highest ROI (return on investments) for your business.
However, if now genuinely isn’t the right time? That’s okay. Follow me on socials, join my email list and stay connected until the time is right.

Please take a look at what past clients have said about working with me.

My longest retainer client is approaching 1 year, and I’ve recently introduced monthly website and email support packages due to customers wanting to continue working with me.
I am proud to say that I have received 100% 5 star reviews.
